The pictures used on website are of the orders we made for our clients, yours will be the same as well, the only change being the customisation you have mentioned. So don’t worry about the product’s quality or design or finish. 

We offer EXCHANE/RESEND you a new piece in case you receive a damaged product or something from your order is missing . To avail that just make a proper unboxing video starting from opening the sealed package to showing the product properly without any pause or cut, this video will be of help in case you receive a damaged or missing product, then in that case, we will 100% replace or resend it to you.

Other than that since your order is customised and made on order especially for you, we cannot take it back, because it cannot be sold to anyone else. Hence we do not accept returns.

Any other issues that you have with your order, we will work our best to resolve them however possible, just contact us regarding it, because HAPPY CLIENT is our top most priority.
